Map of Drainage District
The Welland & Deepings drainage district covers an area of 35,000 hectares, from the Wash at the north boundary
to the outskirts of Peterborough in the south.The district includes part of the town of Spalding, running alongside the eastern bank of the River Welland. Conservation
The Board's watercourses and their associated banks provide a valuable environment habitat for many types of flora and fauna.
